    • Thank you Sally. Our connection has been such a wonderful blessing for me. One to be thankful for on this most appropriate day. We did have a wonderful day. We spent the day with our daughter, grandchildren and other family members. The food was delicious with everyone contributing something to the feast. My grand daughters entertained us with their antics and a tremendous amount of energy. I forget how much energy they can conjure up and the two year old did it without a nap. All of the adults were exhausted just watching them. All in all it was wonderful telephone calls from family members that were celebrating in other states and memories of those not with us any more.
My son-in-law gave a beautiful blessing before we started the meal.
A beautiful perfect day for us. ♥

  1. Thank you for the kind and gentle wishes for this day and also for your vibrant writing. My wife Lisa’s grandfather emigrated from Bari in southeastern Italy; he died when Lisa was quite young. But her memories of him are lovely. We wish all and each wonderful holiday surprises 🙂
